Delaney Consultants announced a partnership with the school board of Manatee County on September 5, 2007. The inaugural program of the Bob Delaney Leadership Academy will begin with the 5th grade class at Bayshore Elementary. The concept is to provide leadership skills to the class prior to entering middle school and then high school. The big picture will have the leadership academy in every elementary school throughout the school district of Manatee County.
